The Samshield 1.0 Shadowmatt Helmet combines advanced materials and design for optimal safety and comfort. Its outer shell is constructed from durable polycarbonate, similar to that used in high-end motorcycle helmets, and features an anti-scratch matte finish. The inner shell is made of variable-density polystyrene, enhancing energy dissipation upon impact.

Designed for stability, the helmet includes a shape memory internal comfort foam that maintains consistent thickness over time, while the semi-rigid jugular ensures the helmet remains secure during movement. The removable comfort foam utilizes a robust clip system, allowing for easy washing and maintenance.

Perfectly adjustable for unmatched comfort, the helmet’s inner-shell design has been developed through extensive anthropomorphic studies. It accommodates multiple inner foam sizes for a tailored fit, supporting head sizes from 52 to 61, and can adapt as a young rider grows.

Exceptional ventilation is provided through a front air inlet that channels fresh air to the back extractors, preventing sweat accumulation and maintaining comfort without compromising elegance.
